• 100% payment must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
• All payments must be completed 10 days prior to the start of STPEC-2025.
• Failure to pay at least 10 days before the event may result in cancellation and applicable cancellation fees.
• GST will be applicable as per Indian law.
