The IEEE International Conference on Smart Technologies for Power, Energy, and Control (STPEC) is a premier event of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, dedicated to sharing innovative ideas, research advancements, and ongoing developments. All registered and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication subject to fulfilling the IEEE eligibility criteria. Extended versions of ALL (100%) presented papers will be eligible for further review and possible publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications or Industry Applications Magazine.
Prospective authors are invited to submit their manuscripts using the provided template and submission portal while adhering to the following guidelines:
• Manuscript Length: Up to 6 full pages, including the title, authors, affiliations, figures, and references (maximum file size: 2MB). Additional 2 pages are allowed with an extra fee.
• File Format: Only PDF submissions are accepted.
• Plagiarism Check: Submissions will be checked for plagiarism, and papers with a similarity score of 30% or higher may be rejected without further review.
For accepted papers to be included in the conference proceedings and considered for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, the following conditions must be met by the specified deadline:
• Submission of the final version of the paper.
• Transfer of copyright to IEEE.
• At least one author must register for the conference with a full registration.
• The paper must be presented at the conference.
