The IEEE International Conference on Smart Technologies for Power, Energy, and Control (STPEC 2025) invites proposals for tutorials to be held during the conference, scheduled from December 10–13, 2025, at the National Institute of Technology, Goa, India. The tutorial sessions aim to provide participants with in-depth, practical knowledge on emerging and cutting-edge topics within the conference's scope. By facilitating these sessions, we seek to: Bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world applications.

Offer participants the opportunity to learn from domain experts with substantial experience. Promote skill development and understanding of state-of-the-art technologies. Inspire innovative thinking and collaboration across disciplines.

These sessions will benefit not only students and early-career researchers but also seasoned professionals looking to expand their expertise.

Submission Guidelines

>> Proposals should include

• Tutorial title

• Abstract (max 300 words)

• Renewable Energy Systems and Integration

• Abstract (max 300 words) Detailed outline

• Target audience & prerequisites

• Duration (90 min)

• Multiple tutorials if applicable

• Presenter(s) info with brief bio & experience.

Please submit your tutorial proposals via email to stpec2025@nitgoa.ac.in, with a CC to the Tutorials Chair at priyeshchauhan@iitram.ac.in, using the subject line: “STPEC 2025 Tutorial Proposal.”

Important Dates

• Proposal Submission Deadline : September 30, 2025

• Notification of Proposal Acceptance : October 15, 2025

• Tutorial Materials Submission Due : November 15, 2025
