The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers from all over the world who deal with machine learning and data mining in order to discuss the recent status of the research and to direct further developments. Basic research papers as well as application papers are welcome. Machine learning is a type of artificial intelligence (AI) that provides computers with the ability to learn without being explicitly programmed. Machine learning focuses on the development of computer programs that can teach themselves to grow and change when exposed to new data. Machine Learning is a growing field that is used when searching the web, placing ads, credit scoring, stock trading and for many other applications. This data science course is an introduction to machine learning and algorithms. You will develop a basic understanding of the principles of machine learning and derive practical solutions using predictive analytics. We will also examine why algorithms play an essential role in Big Data analysis. Components involved in data science are organizing, packaging and delivering data (the OPD of data).Organizing is where the physical location and structure of the data is planned and executed. Packaging is where the prototypes are build, the statistics is performed and the visualization is created. Delivering is where the story gets told and the value is obtained.
